Privacy Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
soggyhotdog (soggyhotdog.com, "we", "us") is operated by Sledge Dev Inc., a Utah corporation. This policy explains what we collect when you use soggyhotdog, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@soggyhotdog.com.
What we collect
Your account
Your name and email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash) or the one-time codes we email you to sign in, and when you last signed in.
What you give us to work with
- The screenshots and other images you upload.
- What you write about your app, the headlines and other words you set, your brand colors and the looks you choose.
- App Store links you add. We then fetch that listing's public details from Apple: its name, description, icon and screenshots.
- The images we make for you, and every version of them.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your Stripe customer ID, your plan, the status of your subscription, and the brand and last four digits of your card.
AI agents you connect
If you connect an AI agent (for example Claude, Codex, ChatGPT or Cursor) to soggyhotdog over MCP, we store the name of the app you approved and the tokens that let it act on your account, and we receive the requests it makes, such as creating a project or uploading screenshots. The company that runs the agent handles your conversations with it under its own privacy policy; we receive only what the agent sends to soggyhotdog.
Support
What you send us when you contact support, and your email address so we can reply.
Technical information
Our servers log requests, including IP addresses, browser type and the pages or tools used, to keep the service running and secure. We use only the cookies the site needs to work: one that keeps you signed in and one that protects forms from cross-site attacks. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.
How we use it
- To run soggyhotdog: read your screens, write headline ideas, make, change and translate your images, and deliver the files.
- To run your account and billing, and to send the emails the service needs, such as sign-in codes and receipts.
- To answer support requests.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not show ads, and we do not use your uploads or the images we make for you to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that run parts of soggyhotdog for us, and only what each needs:
- Meta Platforms (its Muse models, through Meta's developer API) receives your screenshots, what you wrote about your app and the words on your images, to read your screens, write headline ideas and translations, and make your images.
- Cloudflare stores your uploads and images, and processes images while they are made.
- Akamai (Linode) hosts our servers and database.
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend delivers our emails.
Each processes information under its own terms for business customers. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to it.
Where it is kept
In the United States. If you use soggyhotdog from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Your account information, for as long as your account exists.
- Your uploads and images, until you delete the project they belong to or your account. Deleting a project deletes its files.
- Backups, for 14 days. Server logs, for 14 days.
- Payment records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Agent tokens, until they expire or you disconnect the agent, then they are purged.
Your choices and rights
- You can see and change your projects and images at any time, and delete any project.
- You can disconnect any AI agent from the Agents page, which ends its access at once.
- You can cancel your subscription from the Billing page.
- To get a copy of your information, correct it, or delete your account and everything in it, email support@soggyhotdog.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, for example in California, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have further rights over your information, including to object to or restrict how we use it and to complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to use any of them. We will not treat you differently for doing so.
Security
Everything travels over HTTPS. Uploads and images are kept in private storage and shown only through links that expire within an hour. Passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects it.
Children
soggyhotdog is for app developers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
