Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sledge Dev Inc., a Utah corporation ("we", "us"), which operates soggyhotdog at soggyhotdog.com, its MCP server, and its plugins for AI agents (together, "soggyhotdog"). By creating an account or using soggyhotdog you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use soggyhotdog for a company, you accept them for that company and confirm you may.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• Give us accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for everything done with your account, including by AI agents you connect.
• One person per account. Do not share, sell or resell access.

What soggyhotdog does

soggyhotdog uses AI models to turn your screenshots and words into app store images. AI output can contain mistakes: wrong or misspelled text, altered details, or a look you did not expect. Review every image before you publish it. Whether a store accepts your images is up to that store, and keeping your listing within Apple's and Google's rules is your responsibility.

Plans, credits and billing

• Making an image uses one credit, and so does each change or remake. If an image fails, its credit is given back.
• New accounts get a few free credits. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through Stripe, and renew each month until you cancel.
• Each paid month refills your credits to your plan's allowance. Unused credits do not carry over and have no cash value.
• You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and is not refunded in part, except where the law requires it.
• We may change prices or plans with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next billing month, and you can cancel before it does.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload: screenshots, descriptions, words and anything else. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it, including to the service providers named in our Privacy Policy, only as needed to run soggyhotdog for you.

The images we make for you are yours, to the extent the law allows anyone to own AI-generated work, and you may use them for any lawful purpose. We do not use your uploads or images to train AI models.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload, and that it does not include other people's personal information or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use soggyhotdog to:

• break the law, or make images for an app that does;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
• make sexual, violent, hateful or harassing images, or anything meant to deceive people, including false claims, ratings or endorsements in a store listing;
• probe, overload or disrupt the service, get around its limits, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the service, or use it to build a competing one.

AI agents and plugins

You may connect AI agents to your account through our MCP server and plugins. An agent acts with your authority: what it does, including the credits it spends, is treated as done by you, and these terms apply to it. You can disconnect an agent at any time from the Agents page. The plugins are provided under their open-source license; the service they connect to is provided under these terms.

Suspension and ending

You may stop using soggyhotdog and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or is unpaid, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. When an account is closed, its content is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive, such as ownership, disclaimers and limits of liability, survive.

Disclaimers

soggyhotdog is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any image will be accepted by a store or achieve any result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim about soggyhotdog is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and $100.

Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims by others arising from your content, your app, or your breach of these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and both of us consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for a significant change, tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use soggyhotdog after that means you accept the change.

Everything else

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about soggyhotdog. If part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a sale or merger of our business.
